Had Pre-reg call coming next wed

Just hope I'll get everything finished - given me quite a bit of notice - got policies and risk assessments done and fire plan etc. and id ready and car insurance for bus. use - just got to go round putting things into place and tidying our messy garden / yard - I assume they look around the garden?

Have you filled in your pre-reg booklet? mrs/mr o will ask you question from it.

Do they check car insurance on the pre-reg visit?? I thought all they did was ask you questions and then look around your home?

Other pre-reg CM's on my course who have had their visit have said all they did was have a chat .... didnt want to see policies or anything as they go through all that on the visit once you been up and running for a few months

My inspector looked at risk assessments, asked most of the questions in pre-reg booklet and had general chat. Oh and looked at my menu. Don,t think you'd need insurance til you're actually childminding. I've still not changed mine as have no mindees yet :(
