..... my CRB has been despatched! :D In fact, it was actually longer than that as it was posted on Dec 24th but they didn't receive it till a few days into January.
The CRB was the only thing holding up my registration. I have a little boy ready to start, just three hours per day till July but it is a start! :D :D

I've just sorted out my liability insurance, hopefully my certificate will come soon and I can get started. :D

Congratulations bet you cant wait for your certificate to arrive. Mine has been over 8 weeks now and Im still waiting :( :(

Thank you! My CRB hasn't arrived here yet but as soon as it does I am phoning OFSTED to check they have it and that my certificate is on its way.
Kerrie, I will struggle to go to morning groups before the summer holidays. I will be minding a little boy till then, he will arrive here at 11.45am so that might interfere with me going to groups.

Theres a group on a Thursday Afternoon which is mainly childminders (get your face known) We could also meet up with Aimee and possibly DDC somewhere too...Glad your nearly there at becoming a cm .... sure we'll sort something out

Thanks Kerrie, will my development worker tell me details of the groups? I was told they come soon after I'm registered, I've never met her. Can you PM me details of the Thu group please?
