What to do with two 1 year olds?

Just starting out and loving spending my day with two one year old boys but not sure what I should be doing in the way of planning.
I know that it needs to follow their likes but I cant see anyway of including themes or festivals etc.
Any help gratefully received!:)

I don't really do any planning as such until they've turned two.

Until then my 'continuous provision' is my planning and I just go with what they need at that particular time. At this age I think its really hard to say week 6 we'll be doing xyz cos they can change sooo much in that time and so do their needs.

I'm sure others will do it differently though so you'll soon have bundles of ideas to choose from :)
