Diprobase is prescribed... usually for eczema. It's the gentlest moisturiser I have found.

I get rosacea too when I am hot in summer and find diprobase doesn't make me itch.

The doc gave me some cream for it but I didn't like it and it didn't seem to help.

The biggest thing I have done to reduce it is to give up all caffeine - red wine, coffee, tea (just have decaf), coke, chocolate etc :D

we've got loads of different ones around the house - garnier revitalift makes my eyes sting, elizabeth arden is really lumpy and heavy, no. 7 protect and perfect serum is good for night time but not moisturizing enough for day time.
i use body butter

I love The Body Shop line. I use the Jojoba line because I have dry skin and my daughter (18) uses the Teatree line because she has oily skin.

I use Oil of Olay because my nan always used it and she had fantastic skin and just the slightest lines, no wrinkles.

I never remember which one I had though so just buy random ones! Ha! Not the really expensive ones though.

when i was buying the last lot of P and P in boots the woman was trying to sell me the cream for the 40 + skin by telling me she used it
my daughters and i just looked at her and said no thanks, she had the worst wrinkles i had ever seen and the worst make up over the top of them too.
not a good advert at all

Vaseline essential moisture - fab stuff that goes into the skin easily, makes it remarkably soft and doesn't irritate my eczema and dermatitis. Cheap too which is always a bonus! ;)

We (my 17 yr old daughter and myself) use soltan factor 30 face sun cream. I used to use anti ageing creams, but didn't think they were really doing much in relation to the expense and for most of the year Soltan is buy one get one free, so about £4 a tube which lasts a fortnight of me slathering it all over my face neck chest hands!
I have very fair skin so a sunscreen is a good idea for me even if i used something else; my daughter has very sensitive, dry skin and gets excema on her face so I'm interested in some of the suggestions on here. The Soltan face cream is the only moisturiser that doesn't make her skin red and sore so far, and we've had stuff prescribed/ used lots of 'mild' moisturisers. Its still too harsh for her eye area though... might try one of those suggested above :)
