nvq in playwork

Hello, Can anyone help with a couple of questions i have? Am doin my nvq 3 in playwork and am not quite sure where to start!!!!!

Expain the difference between informal and formal risk assesments.

You do an informal risk assessment every minute of the day... will that hurt the child?

A formal one is written...

who are you doing the course with? They should have suggested background reading :D
