The British Heart Foundation have some fantastic resources for children, some lovely books and posters. I'm going to do a healthy eating, being healthy and active topic sometime later this year, and the books from BHF are great. They are 'free', but they do ask for a little donation to help with costs. Well worth it!

They are also on Facebook, of you become a fan then their updates appear on your page.

My Dad had a heart attack last week so I've been looking at their site/pages.

I went on an Active Pack course on thursday and it was part of BHF and it was brill. I have registered my self for an active pack which comes with 100 card full of different active ideas nd exercise ideas. Cant wait for it come in the post. Have a look on their website to see if you can get hold of this pack, not sure if you have to attend the course to be eligiable. I am going have a look at this website though sounds good
