I really enjoyed this film but at bedtime dd1 was at a sleepover...not a film to watch when your young lady isn't tucked up safely in her own bed!

Have tissues ready if you watch it!

i dont think ill watch the film , loved the book and so often the films really disappoint - and the pictures you build up in your mind about the characters are so much better.

I've read the book as well but have not been brave enough to see the film. I'm still debating.

The book really disturbed me, so don't know how I'd cope with the film

I had the book arrive from amazon yesterday. Still reading The Time Travellers' Wife, so need to get that finished first. Not sure if I will enjoy it as its not my usual choice of reading material but we will see.
