New complaints address?

I have heard that the address for complaints to ofsted has changed but have no idea to what- does anyone know? I have the Bristol address in my policy and suspect I need to change it but cant find what it should be .

I am in the South if that makes a difference

As far as I am aware all complaints should go through the Manchester office.

Ofsted Early Years Directorate. 3rd floor. Royal Exchange Buildings. St Ann's Square. Manchester M2 7LA.

That is the address I have in my complaints procedure so I hope it's right.

Had my visit on monday 15 Feb.

She look at my Complaint Policy and said that the phone number has just change 3 days ago.

New number 0300 123 1231

Didn't mention anything about the address. The reason for the change is because 0300 is cheaper to ring.

Old number will still work for now, she said.
