How much notice do they give you ?

Hi,

I had my paperwork delivered last week for my 1st ever inspection. I only started in Sep but was reg earlier so wasn't expecting it this soon ! It says you have 28 days to fill it all in, do they then ring you or can they turn up before the 28 days ?

Hi, not sure what paperwork you got sent. I got sent my SEF form 2 days after I registered (November)! I then got a call in early Jan to ask if I was minding and when I was and then about 2 weeks ago I got the call to say they were coming sometime next week and to let them know when I wouldn't be around. They came on Wednesday - my tip for you would be to do the SEF form as my inspection was only 2½ hours (which apparently is quite quick!)
