help with a recipe please

Hi

Does anyone have a short bread or biscuit recipe they would like to share with me, as i want to make some heart shaped biscuits for my valentines day theme.

I have a little boy i have in the afternoons whos back on off his hols on Thursday and thought we could make them then decorate them.

I do gingerbread as the dough is easy for children to squish and roll againa nd again whereas biscuits can be a bit crumbly.
