First time I've ever felt the mad urge to go to the 'pub' thread and there isn't one! Was it ever here or was it just my imagination!

I'm off out tonight for the first time in a while and having a few drinks before I go, so thought I'd pop in!

Gizmo, I had a nice long lie in this morning in preparation!!!! And it will take me til about Wednesday to fully get over the hangover!!!

I'm really not a party animal! My friends are seeing a band I wasn't interested in so I'm meeting them after!

I'm afraid I didn't know this bar was open so I nipped out with DH for a Brandy & Soda or 4 & had a chat with a few locals then came home with some ping food for tonight and some veggies etc for Sunday Dinner tomorrow.

I was up at 6.30 for a course over in Yorkshire today so am a bit shattered and really quite mellow after my 4 Brandy & Sodas & my Supermarket Chicken Tikka so am not going to join you in a drink or two tonight but if the bar is open tomorrow I may partake. :clapping: :clapping:
