House requirements?

Hi

I'm considering becoming a childminder and wondering if there are any requirements for my home - eg. do i have to have a certain size of room / downstairs loo etc etc?

Can anyone tell me please?

no theres no house requiremnets just as ling as you can put in saftey measures, eg fire guard saftey gates etc and theres room for the children to play then your fine my only bathroom is upstairs so dont worry.
