If you use NCMA contracts there is place to to include this information.

If you google childminder fees policies, there is often mention of holiday sickness charges for childminder / families

I always find it helpfull to do a news letter at the beggining of each school term, just things like school holidays activities, outings and then i drop in my holidays too!!

A fees policy is something people make up to show the parent in plain terms that it costs X amount to have your child. Full fee in hols etc I am happy to show you mine.
