Hi, I have just started my diploma in homebased childcare i'm still on the sample questions. The one i'm stuck on (well not really stuck just trying to find out if im on the right track) is 'Describe how being a reflective practitioner can have a positive influence for your setting' which i have to answer in 350 words, I'm on about 312. Is there anyone here that could read my answer and give me some feedback please?
Its been a long time since I was at school and feel abit out of my depth. I know the answers but find it hard putting it down on paper.
