I have an 'all about me' questionnaire filled in by parents which is all fine, but then have several short notes/observations (without photos) of the first few days/weeks in my setting of what child does/enjoys etc, but I'm trying to find a nice way of presenting it to put in the learning journey rather than just a list of notes and dates, can anyone help?
I've then done a summary of both parent notes and my notes in the 6 areas of learning & dev which my planning starts from. Not sure if this is right but it makes sense to me!
