I put my kids recorders in mine too - then took them out when the children coming were too young to play more than one note. :laughing:

You masochist! My house is a recorder free zone. Mindees who are learning the recorder at school are not allowed to remove their instrument from their bag. I consider the recorder to be a form of torture. Violins can be torture too but they are far less common.

my mum has told my dds 4&2 that recorders work better if you put them in the freezer ! but you can't have them out to long because they get warm . works a treat. apart from you do look a little odd having recorders whistles in your freezer !!
