Can someone tell me how you do your accounts?

I have a sheet which is for each child saying the hours they do and the cost.

I then get parents to sign and they are given a receipt for this.

Is this enough how do you log yours?

I use the NCMA accounts book and log income into the back of that! not much help, but can you add an income section to whereever you do your accounts.

i use ncma accounts book its worth it for the ease of it.

What are you using as a guide. The NCMA books are great for the first year of minding and give you a good guide as to what is required.

It sounds like you have the income/attendance sorted but what are you doing for expenses?

The expenses are recorded on a spread sheet DH does it for me:D
