I was doing ww but it wasnt working so after christmas i joined this part of the foreum and started doing sw at home with hubby and the wii fit, in a week i have lost 4lb so feeling better, i have tried to do some exercise every day whether walking to school, or running around the garden or wii fit for half an hour and healthy eating and i am sooooo happy..... :clapping: :clapping:

I love the wii fit - apart from when I havent been on for a while and it tells me how much I have out on! :blush:

I find the hula hooping really works for me. I also do the step and some muscle exercises. - then I get bored and do some balance games!!

Its hard tryig to fit it all in isnt it?

I have got the WII fitness coach which was on offer for £10 lol as I don't have a wii fit

I only just got it but so far my body is in pieces:laughing: but it's very good!

Well done :clapping: keep it up...... that first 1/2 stone is in sight !!!! i'm just over the 2 & 1/2 stone now and feeling much better for it :thumbsup:
