Just need some inspiration really. My mindee can be quite fussy but likes rice, pasta, pizza topping. Not too keen on potato or stews. I'm running out of ideas :(

Tortilla wraps :) then cut up some ham, chicken, salad, cheese etc and let them make them themselves :D I also let them have mayonnaise, tomato ketchup or bbq sauce on it - totally and utterly gross but that how they like it

Mine like omelettes cut into strips for finger eating, soups with bits of bread in, baby corn as a finger food veg, fish pie, shepards pie, bolognaise sauces with pasta, rice or cous cous- I use various meats for the bolognaise so its varied; minced beef, lamb, pork, turkey or sardines. I sometimes mash different fruits and spread them onto a wrap, can do the same with veg then put cheese on top fold over and grill on both sides til cheese has melted. Also home made chicken or fish fingers, fish cakes.

My little mindee had a chicken and tomato pasta and will probably have sausage and toasted muffins for tea.

This is the only night my kids do not eat with mindees as my ds is at football practise until 5pm. We are having jackets with beans and sausages. Can't wait my lunch was horrible.:(

That sounds lovely Chell, set me a place :D

I make something similar but with curry spices in it, then press into a shallow dish and cut into wedges when cooled a little, rather than a meatloaf type of shape.

I dont have LO's for tea but my BO's have had shephards Pie and mixed veg. I also ate with them as my hubby wont eat mince and Shepards Pie is good comfort feed for cold evenings. Put some in the fridge for my teenager for tomorrow night

Beef and veg casserole.
In my new slow cooker,as recommended by you lovely people.
Panicked a bit at lunch as I didn't realise it would be soooooo slow!
Turned it to high and it was fine!

Vegetable and bean chilli with jacket spuds this evening. I think we'll have jacket spuds a few times this week. DD (17mths) eats her curry/chilli better with spuds than rice.

I only usually have 1 mindee for tea and have cooked a sausage casserole in the slow cooker today but mindee ended up going home early so only my DS ended up eating it. DD won't eat anything like that. Me and OH will have it later as well.
