Hi Guys,
I don't post all that much on here, I've been more if a lurker really - for which I'll apologise now but I just don't seem to get the time to get on here all that often.
I just wanted to share my news - I had my first grading inspection this morning and I have been given an OUTSTANDING ! I can't believe it ! I'm obviously jumping for joy but I really expected to get a good with it being my first inspection. I achieved outstanding in all areas apart from one where I got a good. I can't remember which one it was now, something to do with continuing to improve. She also said the only reason I got a good rather than an outstanding for that specific area was because I only registered in Sep 09 so I've not been practicing long enough to establish or prove how I have continued to improve, if that makes sense ?!
She was a lovely inspector and made me feel very comfortable which helped enormously.
Anyway, better go and enjoy my coffee before the school run !
