Strange question time :blush:

how do I marinate chicken? Have never tried chicken and have always said I dont like it. I tried some a couple of weeks ago and wasn't keen so my friend gave me some chicken tikka satay things from asda which I really liked and thought I'd make some myself but don't know how :blush:

First of all, those satay stick things are like the adult equivalent of chicken nuggets.... not a lot like the real thing!

marinading meat means that you leave it in some oil and flavourings after rubbing it all over with them. it gives the flavour time to get into the meat so you can taste it when you cook it.

try looking on the good food website for chicken recipes, and see what takes your fancy!
