I bought a Tassimo coffe machine before xmas...

now I never wanted one and I found the pods wasteful but we found out we can send the pods back and they will be recycled!! (you get a free box for them and free shipping..)

anyhow..we have enjoyed our coffee since and I did an order before xmas for some coffee...they have more stuff online than in the shops..

but they have now delivered the same order TWICE!! :clapping: :clapping:

same order number and not more money taken out of my account...

would you tell them??

You could tell them, but the chances are they'd tell you to keep them anyway!

I ordered a load of decaff coffee from them, but they sent regular instead. When I phoned to tell them they said to keep the order I'd had & they'd send me the decaff free of charge. I ended up selling the regular ones!

Hardly seems worth telling them if they're going to asy keep them anyway :thumbsup:

I wouldn't tell them the pods are expensive as it is, I love my tassimo and I am soo glad hubby bought me one.

Please tell us more about recycling the pods?! We love our tassimo- got it about a month ago and the kettle has been made redundant!
