Book Keeping - Excel Spreadsheet?

I am wanting to do my book keeping on my new laptop and previously had a very simple but useful spreadsheet that I downloaded. Unfortunately my old laptop died and I downloaded the spreadsheet before I actually started work. I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Does anyone have a copy of a childminding specific accounts spreadsheet that they could let me have please?

I'd be grateful for any help.
