Are you sure? Find him and then press F5 if he is still there let me know and I will de-hat him.
Although he shouldn't be there, I think your page might be cached.

a cache is a collection of data duplicating original values stored elsewhere or computed earlier, where the original data is expensive to fetch (owing to longer access time) or to compute, compared to the cost of reading the cache

or in Breezy terms ....your computer sometimes stores (caches) all the main bits of the page that it always uses, to save time fetching them again, because they rarely change. Except today they did change, when the hats went off.
