Should I Have my old Ofsted Report to show?

Briefly, I was minding from 2004-2005, but family circumstances changed and I moved to Singapore for 3 years.

I've already had one parent come to see me but have had feedback that she has chosen someone else as she could read their Ofsted report and saw them with children, my own children were at school at the time of her visit.

Should I dig out my old report and have that on show to let them read through.

Yes I think that's a good idea... is it still on the Ofsted website? If not a paper copy might be useful.

What one parent wants might not be what another expects though.

Well done for getting feedback it's so important to do that. Make a note of it for your SEF as well to show how you value working with parents, even if they do not use you.
