I have a plastic popper wallet for each set of parents. They take it with them. It has their copy of contracts, and a few policies and info - fees and when I need paying etc, infectious diseases policy (so they have no excuses and send child when ill), behaviour policy and healthy eating (examples of meals I could provide)

All others are here for them to read and sign to say they have read them.

Any other letters I give to them they can add to the folder at home. I hope!

Good luck and have fun! :D

I sign everything whilst they are here, all prepared before hand and requiring a signature. They get a copy of everything too.
