Ok - got home this evening & decided that yes I would give the gammon in the slow cooker (in coke:thumbsup: ) a go! Anyway - I only put it in the slow cooker at about 6 o'clock, never thought till now - what am I going to do with it over night:panic:

Its not going to have time to finish cooking, resting & be cool enough for the fridge over night, what should I do????

itl be fine just left in the slow cooker overnight. lol. if you have a low setting just put it on that and leave it on. it will be lovely and soft by morning.

it is a bit long but should be fine. i often put a casserole stuff in mine in the eve and have it the following lunchtime! you probably wont be able to slice the ham it will just fall apart but will be nice.

the other choice is to set an alarm for about 3-4 in the morn and lift it out and put foil over it till morn.:panic:

personally i would go for leaving it tho:laughing:
