its my first year to cook a turkey, we have a full on efrom our local butcher (halal as hubby is muslim) it weighs 5.7kg and i have worked out it will take 3 hrs 48 mins to cook (looked on internet) but would you cook it tonight or cook it tomorrow i am so confused.....

also i wont be stuffing it as 2 of my kids dont like it but makinga nice herby butter to smother it in .

The food standards agency recomends that if you cook it today you should carve it today as it is difficult to thoroughly cool & reheat a full bird to avoid food poisoning.:(

I am cooking mine tomorrow.:D

mine is in cooking now, i cook it on a lower heat but for longer so it's nice and tender

smells YUMMY i want to eat it now :laughing:
