an unexpected day off

:clapping: ok so i shouldn't be clapping really, considering one mindee threw up over me yesterday so i sent her home and told mum she needed to be better before she comes back, and dad of other mindee rang this morning to say she was not quite right so i'm off today!!!!!!!!!

i am going to make the most of being with ds as i am working up to 2pm on xmas eve and start again on the tuesday after xmas so not really taking time off. oh and in between my making the most of the day i am going to force DH to the drop in centre because he broke his finger yesterday and its gone really black - he thinks an xray is pointless but i am going to insist he gets it looked at! ;) :laughing:

well so far i have cleaned, waited at a&e with dh - who is still there - and driven on icy roads i don't know collecting my dh's dd from college where she was having an interview. :rolleyes: on the plus side i have not had to drag round mindee during all of this! just waiting for dh to call to let me know they are done with him in the hospital, george is distraught having to leave his daddy at the hospital!:D
