I was just on the phone finding out my tesco delivery driver is stuck in a ditch and waiting to be pulled out, so for the second day in a row the poor man can't get to us, when I have just found out my dad was taken into hospital this morning, not sure exactly what is wrong but it shouldn't be life threatening, but we can't get out of our estate safely because we have a slope of 5inches of solid shiny ice!
No food, no football party and no hospital visit! Kids aren't happy at missing the party!! My dad is in so much pain (something to do with his knee and an infection) that he can't speak!
Stroll on 2010, 2008 was awful, 2009 not a heap better, so come on new years day!
