The ones you get from Roses and QS - Last year I saved all mine and when we did firework crafts the yellow, orange and red ones that i had saved made lovely flames on our bonfire picture:thumbsup:

Well we have 5 tins of sweets at the moment and are sure to get lots more

what a fabulous idea!!!! I'll have some if there's any going spare! I bought celebrations this year so the wrappers aren't pretty!

Thanks for the tip, I remember doing it at school but had totally forgot!

Good idea, off to buy some chocolates, do you think i could put them down as an expense, it is cheaper than buying just the foil!

The year before last I saved loads of Easter egg foil to use the following year to decorate a bonnet for DS.:p

I've used them before for valentine hearts, hedehogs, butterflies, flowers, they are really quite a find actually although the smell of the choc kills me LOL

cbeebies just did something with them, laying them on a sheet of sticky backed plastic, covering with another and cutting into shapes to hang from the xmas tree, you could do this for lots of projects, very hadny tip

I've been laminating mine - looks the same as the c beebied ones but sturdier - might make some baubles or may save it for a rainy day!
