Ofsted form for changing home details

Hi

Does anyone know if you are supposed to inform Ofsted if someone over the age of 16 moves out of the home. And if so, is there a form you can download or do I have to ring Mrs Ofsted?

You need to inform Ofsted of anyone moving in to or out of your home.

No idea if there is a form - you could search on Ofsted's website - but I'd put it in writing to them and keep a copy of the letter for my records as they have a habit of losing things :rolleyes:
