I had a lovely inspection today.
I got good, with 3 outstandings :)
Said my RAs were the best she had ever seen (especially liked my Xmas one), my safeguarding was excellent (should be, just did the course on Tues night) and thought my partnerships with parents was brilliant too (daily diary, newsletters, emails, chats, home visits).
Didn't look at my SEF though has taken a copy with her, cos it wasn't finished, but it definitely helped me to answer some of her questions.
Was here for 2.25 hours. Children played up a bit, but with my age group they need constant interaction.
Didn't get brought up on anything, and my only recommendation was more self reflection and next steps / planning, which I know I need to start doing.
I do just want to add a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone on this forum. I really don't believe I could have achieved anything near my grade without the lovely peeps and advise that this forum gives. I also did the forum credit and mentioned it to my inspector.
