Mrs Ofsted has just left, she said I was 'Good'!
I got outstanding in 3/12 of the areas, good in all the rest. No actions, nothing. All she wants me to do is complete my learning journals. She said I put a huge amount of effort in everything I do and it really shows, and that next time it will be Outstanding in EVERY area!
She was very, very please with my parent review, communication with the school and parents, and even though I didn't compete my SEF, the bits I did were so well done that she was pleased with that too.
It was dificult because my mindee was off sick today so I only had my 16mo son, so she couldn't fully assess my interaction with the children, and how I dealt with having the two of them splitting time and resources appropriately, behaviour management etc, but we talked about how I would deal with it all and she was happy with that instead.
