Ideas needed please - today

It's mindees Mum birthday today.

From facebook it doesn't seem as if she's getting anything from boyfriend so want to make something with her kids today.

Her son is 31/2 so I can do something with him this afternoon and daughter is 7 so will have to be something quick after school

Have done hand prints and footprints so need something different? Anyone got any ideas.

how about a pasta necklace?
or a box of love? i think pauline has put the poem on the free downloads or there is a thread in activities.

What about a bunch of flowers? Straws and tissue paper to make the flowers and then decorate a loo roll tube for a vase? Or make some fudge or cookies or a cake?
