assistants in Wales

Does anyone know whether the 'rules' for registered assistants are any different in Wales?

I have had a look on the cssiw web site but I can't find any info on assistants at all.

There is information in Standard 12 - staffing - about suitability, CRB checks, training etc :D

Had a look. We are thinking of registering my hubby as assistant. As he already has CRB it looks like I just have to ring CSSIW to check. Ratios depend upon space as in England.

So no difference as far as I can see.
