Sounded really nice on the phone, and told me what she would be looking into, which I calmly jotted down (but now can't read) ....

Just to wish you good luck.

Use your inspector to help better your settings ask her opinions then you will get the most out of the inspection don't look on it as judging you, they should be there to help us provide excellent childcare!

My inspector told me when she was planning my last inspection that often (not always) Fridays are left free for finishing reports - found this out as it was the best day (most children) for her to visit she chose earlier in the week which was good as it got the inspection done with.
