take steps to prepare a clearly defined procedure for the emergency avacuation of the premises for both day and night care,suitable premises environment and equipment)

Google for your LSCB and find out how they expect you to report any safeguarding concerns you might have

and put in place policies with regard to allegations of serious harm by any person living,working or looking after children at the premises;

Say what would happen if a child alleged you / your husband / one of your children / a visitor to the setting had abused her/him

administering medicines;

Write a medication policy.
