It is a great film and I am sure all the noise and action will keep your little one occupied.

I always sit at the front of the cinema with bags of sweets and goodies which keep them occupied and if they run around who are they upsetting?

to be fair Mark is much better at sitting for movies as we are watching "older" ones (12A) and they hold his attention

it was a GREAT movie and even though it's so long it went over so quick, and had you on the edge of your seat!!!

Was it scary, ds aged 11 1/2 wants to see it, I know it's a 12 but wondered if it'd be OK.

I went to see it a couple of weeks ago. There was a large group of kids with a couple of adults in the Q and it turned out that they were a Sunday school group. Maybe they were being taken to see what the end of the world looks like
But the end of the film annoyed me.......colonising Africa, as if the African nations would not have a say in it

I was tempted to go and see it but i was put off as its is by the same people who made Independence Day. I loved the concept of that film but felt insulted by it. An advanced alien species toppled by Geoff Goldblum and a Mac laptop? Yeah, right.... My :censored:

I dont want 2012 to be the same so maybe ill wait for the DVD.
