I need to explain and describe

describe how being a reflective practitioner can have a positive influence on your setting and
explain the benefits of being a reflective practitioner

I have found my answers come under both questions, i need about 400 words for each, what would you do?

1st question - how does it affect the setting - the children
2nd question - how does it affect you - you the childminder

1st - how do the children benefit - think about what they get from it
2nd - how does it benefit you - think about how organised you are

You are probably going to have crossed answers but split them into "them" and "me" columns
