Hi

This may be a really daft question but can my husband claim the childcare vouchers & pay them to me? We have a son who would be in nursery if I wasnt becoming a childminder. Just thought it may be a sneaky way to save a bit more money. Do you think it would be allowed???

You cant actually be paid for caring for your own child!

OK, OK.

I just wondered if there was a loop hole, sometimes theres no rule that says something cant be done.

dont know would that not be like claiming child care tax credits for your own child in your care
