Mrs Ofsted came today and after all of paperwork preparation, she only looked at one profile and my staying safe folder! Oh well! Ive got it all ready the next one in 3 years i guess! She was here for 3 1/2 hours,and the mindees were generally really well behaved which shocked me as last with with NVQ assessor they were little de*ils!

Didnt get any actions, just 1 recomendation to continue to try to get the parents more involved in "next steps", which i do already. Got GOOD across the board and i am very happy with that, however i wouldnt have minded outstanding on a couple of the outcomes such as enjoying and achieving and staying safe. But hey! I can get that next time! She didnt even look at my risk assessments! :rolleyes:
