Have any of u ever given your mindee's Parents forms to fill in about your service? If so, any advice on what to ask? Thanks xxx

There have been other posts on this recently, if you type parent questionnaire into the search bar at the top you should find some information.

I used the one on free downloads here. The inspector was very impressed and it was nice to see what the parents had to say - I had some lovely comments.

Yes and some parents write essays and some write yes and no answers and some don't bring them back! It is a good idea but do be perpared for strange answers or even a lack of them!

My recent questionnaire came back from one parent (I only have her son one day a week 9 - 4) saying that she would lilke monthly meetings!!!! Another wants to know me better and would like to just chat to me occasionally on the phone!!!
