I've just got my reg certificate through, but I now need to request a variation so I can use my garden. When I had my pre-reg inspection we were in the middle of doing it up, new fencing, levelling etc and ofsted said it would be best to leave it until it was done then add it on.
On the form there are 2 boxes -
B1 Please perform a full risk assessment on the new area eg furniture, floors etc
and then
B2 Please complete if you wish to use an outside area.
So would I just fill in B2? Sorry being a bit dumb but just want to make sure it's right.
Have done it now and emailed it back, as long as the RA is done then I guess it doesn't matter where it is on the form!:)
