It wasn't a proper inspection - just an inspection cos I haven't been graded yet and I applied for a variation.
And the variation has been granted, and I've had another room included in my registration.

Inspector was absolutely lovely and came from Northampshire ... not like the dragon I had for my pre-reg. :o
