I'm normally good at thinking of craft activities, but my mind is a complete blank on what I can do for Halloween with a 12 month old.

Any ideas?

As he's not yet interested in doing much himself, I usually do something with handprints. It would be nice to do something different this time though.

LET HIM PAINT A PIECE OF PAPER/CARD ORANGE THEN YOU CAN CUT IT OUT INTO A PUMPKIN SHAPE,CUTTING EYES OUT ETC...

DO THE SAME WITH BLACK AND CUT OUT A SPIDER SHAPE.

I did this with my daughter, but beware she liked the taste of the paint!

I did pumpkin potato prints with my 12 month old. He coped well and enjoyed touching the paint.

Mine have painted paper freehand and then we put their hand back to back on the paper in black added eyes and have a spider picture

The 2 I have loved getting all the inside out of a pumpkin with their fingers - it took them ages but they enjoyed it

Mine are aged 1, 2 and 3 and I cut pumpkin faces out of paper plates and got them to stick pieces of tissue paper onto the plates.
