I do not always see this mum but need to let her know about a fee increase and other matters so i'm writing a semi-formal letter, trouble is i do not know how to sign off, kind regards doesnt sound right, best wishes is what i write in christmas cards :D and yours sincerely is TOTT
Silly but i dont know how to sign off & its bugging me.

I usually end things with "Regards", but its really whatever you feel comfortable with. Hope someone comes up with other ideas cos thats all I can think of, sorry.

Hi. I think if you are wording your letter nicely then you could just sign off with Regards. It's what I would do.
