Suitable courses- registration

Hello I am looking for my prersent au pair to study child minding courses / do a first aid course ect to register with ofsted too .
Can someone point me right direction to help her do this please .
Which course's are best for her , she looks aftermy children aged 8 9twins)
I know registration is not compulsory but she would lik eto register and gain some qualifications too ato help her child minding ect .
Also am i allowed to employ her as live in childminder ? thanks for any info .

try and find the local office of your NCMA and they should be able to advise when pre-reg courses run. Most new childminders are able to find all the information they need from there.
