What to provide checklist

sorry, i need someone to kick start my brain today! i am doing a checkl;ist for the parents of what they need to provide me with, daily / monthly ie, nappies, wipes, baby formula etc but then my mind has gone blank, i have a few things but i have that feeling i've missed something really obvious and important!

I dont have a checklist but a few ideas

spare clothes
appropriate outdoor clothes (sunhat, gloves)
dummy
comfort item
milk
nappies
wipes
cream

i have done it now and must have got everything because i have the same things you have listed and can't think of anything else.

I find the same when i am going on holiday, i always feel like i have forgotton to pack something lol!

Change of clothes, nappies, wipes, cream, nappy sacks, medication, dummy/comforter, drinking cup if they have a particular favourite, daily diary to be bought each day, emergency contact details
