Thank you Debbie had totally forgot about the dentist. I have ammended my food allergy section to any allergy and added a section about any additional info

Hi,

I like your idea of four contact people in priority order! That's a great idea.

I usually include something asking about languages spoken at home and cultural/ religious background.

I put an explanation with emergency contacts that they should be in the order of people who can get to hospital / pick up from me quickest if I need to call them.

There is no point in granny in Devon being contact 1 if you live in the north!
